Everything you need to know to become a member of Westminster!
Experiencing the life Christ offers involves three primary relationships: our relationship with God, with God’s people, and with those who do not yet know the Lord. Belong at Westminster explores these three relationships for those considering church membership at Westminster.
We’ll discuss what it means to Belong to Christ, to Belong to God’s family at Westminster, and where to Belong in God’s mission in the world. We’ll cover topics such as Christ’s Good News, our mission, values, and beliefs, the mutual commitment that members and the congregation make to each other, and next steps you can take to grow in your own spiritual walk.
Belong at Westminster consists of three, one-hour sessions held during Sunday School (11 am – 12 pm) that will prepare people to become members of Westminster. Participation, however, does not obligate a person to join the church, but it explains what is involved for anyone desiring to become a member.
