Requests to use Westminster Church’s facility
If you would like to use the Church’s facilities for an event, please read the following form which outlines the Church’s policies and fees.  A completed form is required for all events and use of the church building and will be reviewed for approval.  Completed forms may be dropped off at the Church during normal business hours or emailed to office@westminsterpca.com.
